Comic Con Prop

This little radio is a prop we created for Tara’s Comic Con cosplay of Kiki from Studio Ghibli’s Kiki’s Delivery Service!

This was before we had our wood supply and we kept it simple by using some scrap wood since we’d be painting it.

The radio was carved by Dereck and hand-painted by Tara. Dereck helped design & 3D print radio knobs and a clip to attach the loop for the wristband.

Tara convinced Dereck to dress up as character Tombo from the same movie for a day, and brought our friend Liz from FM96 the next day!
