Name Puzzles

These puzzles were a very early commission for us, before we moved into our current woodshop and acquired our main wood supply.

These gifts were requested by a neighbour for their sister’s kiddos.

We designed the puzzles and carved them in poplar. The letters, we carved out of Delrin plastic (non-toxic) and this was our first time layering glued fabric in between two wood pieces.

The final touch - an engraved message from the family to the kids in their Aunt’s handwriting.
